Today I spent a solid six hours hiking around aimlessly in the woods. It was one of the best days I’ve had in quite a while. Repeating boulders is fun, but cleaning and developing truly is the way forward. We saw a lot and we will be back. Here is a boulder we found late in the day…it’s amazing. It looks as though it might have already received some attention (missing tree in the landing), but hadn’t been touched in quite a while. Both lines are 5 star in my book:
The left line with a sick dyno with a one arm catch. You can see the right line as well which is somewhere in the 8A-8A+ range.
why weren’t you putting up problmes at WOLVOland all summer with the KREW?
If it’s the boulder I believe it to be out in Valle Bavona, it saw a bit of attention back in November 2008. I can’t remember if the right line went there were some very strong goes on it though. Glad to see someone’s climbing on it again.
