I recall in a previous blog post/video you stated you do a mixture of weight lifting in your training and that you actually do not emphasize as much action on a campus board?

Would you mind going into detail about your training regime?

why are you guys sitting in the rain anyway? when the weather is bad in ticono it’s mostly good in northern switzerland. why don’t you go and try e.g. Fred Nicoles “Entlinge” ?

I started Le Pilier exactly where I was told to start it. I also watched at least 10 people “send” the boulder from the exact same starting position. Sorry if I wasn’t informed properly. We don’t have a guide book out here, and we are relying purely on information from locals and other climbers visiting the area.
